Vernon R. Willson graduated from Arizona State University with an MBA in1986, graduated from Michigan Tech with a dual degree Bachelor of sciences in Electrical Engineering and Business administration in 1973. Conducted various electrical engineering projects for multiple clients including Peer reviews, Forensic investigations, Core & Shell, Tenant Finish, Plan reviews for AHJ’s, Restaurants, FAA control towers, Multi-family housing, Fire alarm systems, standby generators, UPS systems, Photo Voltaics, Cell Towers, etc. Consultant to URS Corp – Several projects including 60% study for a major expansion at Rio Tinto copper mine (KUC) in Salt Lake City, UT.

Vice President

Kurt Helfter graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) in 1991. He was previously the GLH Engineering owner/president; before that, Kurt worked for J.J. Blank Engineering Company for 13 years before forming T & H Engineering, Inc. with David Tucker in 2003. Kurt has extensive experience in commercial and residential HVAC and plumbing engineering design, and has worked with some of Colorado’s largest developers.
